We do not believe in taking unfair advantage whether through manipulation, on purpose concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or other unfair dealings or practices. It’s Builtech policy that our directors and employees observe high standards of business and personal ethics when executing their duties and responsibilities.
When our directors, employees or agents entering into a business transaction on behalf of Builtech, it’s our mandatory practice not to receive, whether directly or indirectly, anything of a significant value (other than salary, wages or other ordinary compensation from Builtech) from the other party.
